Jade Isle/act 4 final boss not phasing properly, bricks the map

Fighting the boss of Jade Isles map, after defeating his first phase, he did his normal tranformation process and knocked me to the ground, but then did nothing afterwords. He didn't run off, and my character was stuck laying on the ground.

I logged out and logged back in to the character, and when i resumed my character was now standing and able to move around, but the boss was still stuck in place not doing anything.

Also then tried logging out and then logging straight to the hideout, sacrificing a portal, and tried re-entering the map again hoping that would help, but the boss was still locked in the same place.

As a result, i'm unable to complete the map, and now it's going to mark the map as failed so i can't try it again.
