Video settings bugs

Any changes in video settings goes to crash the game even in the main menu.

Win10 Pro
Nvidia 591.59 driver
Works only via Nvidia App settings

It should be possible through troubleshooting to establish why this is happening and find out a solution - but if you just want to change the settings, it might be quicker to just manually open the configuration file in Notepad and make the changes that way.

The file is called poe2_production_Config.ini

You can find it by pasting this into File Explorer's address bar;
