Respec should be cheaper+ make ascendacy respec free so noone else bricks themselves like me

Hi I'm on my first character. I'm still in campaign enjoying my time and build, a crit Toxic Growth shaman I've been testing out to see if there's anything cheeky to do with it and the new plants and overgrowth tags. I decided many levels ago that I wanted to respec to Oracle now that I have enough passives in my 50s to reach some Unseen Path nodes (I thought it was cooly unexpected that Oracle would get exclusive bow nodes, just for my build!). It turns out this would cost 90K gold to full respec. I still think for early levels, this is way too much gold and should be at least HALF of that, for the first characters, and casuals who aren't to grind that hard to achieve that cost that just want to test and make their build better.

So I mid-campaign, I finally saved up this amount of gold, finally go another trial to re-ascend, talk to the trial master. And you can guess what happens next. The couple of levels I gained while making that money, cause my respec to cost even more. And what's worse, resepc all didn't count my ascendancy points and I wouldn't have known that never having used that feature before. And I found this out after spending all of my gold (while I assumed the cost covered my ascendancy points), so it effectively punished me to stay my current ascendancy AND subtract 90K+ and the time it took for me to make that mid campaign. And I don't get to experiment what the other ascendancy could have given me.

I don't have a problem with making gold once I get to maps. I have a problem with 1. even though I could had afforded this if respec all had told me "this doesn't count ascendancy passive which will also cost another 28K to respec", it required me to GRIND selling drops mid-campaign while leveling up in the meantime kept driving the price higher and higher. 2. in general how much gold respec still costs. We can afford a couple points every once and awhile but at no point until post campaign can we generally afford a full respec to start experimenting, which is what I want to be encouraged to do. And it still costs too much even with map levels of gold, specially if you're also spending gold on trades. 3. Just make ascendancy passives cost nothing to respec
