I can't use salvage bench

Hello, I'm having the following bug: I can't use Salvage Bench on all my equipment, only on socketed equipment, and it works on none of my characters. I hope you can help me.

The Salvage bench only works on gear with sockets or quality. Are you looking for the disenchanter?

I'm trying to use the Savage Bench for quality gear and I can't; I want to get the recycling items for weapons and armor, not the disenchanting ones.
