Bug with Headhunter and Abyss rare mobs

Literally every map i run with headhunter i am facing a bug where im stuck in a texture, i cant move, mobs just instantly kill me, i must take off my headhunter and rhoa and only then i can probably move, but not every time, this annoys really a lot! Please fix it! Pay attention to the abyss rare mobs, i assume they have a mod which does it
