character frequently gets "stuck" cannot move with vaal temple mechanic

often, usually after defeating the mobs around the vaal temple mechanic, my character just gets stuck and can no longer use skills or move like they are stuck in the terrain. i can pick things up in inventory interact with chat etc.. i have to quit the game and come back and this often wastes a portal. this bug has happened over and over and it's beyond frustrating that it is still not fixed
