Second weapon set bugged with equipment stat requirments

Purchased a new talisman and would like to set it in weapon slot 2 ->
Error message said I cannot equip it, it stats get ignored ->
removed weapon in set 1->
new weapon works fine in weapon set 2->
Tried switch slots for my weapons->
Now the old one is unavailable in set 2.
(Have way more stats than requirements, both two weapons provides no stat boost)
