several missed inputs after newest patch

had multiple occasions this patch where i'll spam an input but nothing will happen. not when im being stun locked, or when something is on cooldown. it took 12 clicks to apply a shrine to myself. when i walk up to a group of enemies i tried opening with pounce, pressed the button 3 times before i was being attacked, nothing happened and i died. i happens with skills, interacting with things and dodge rolling.
