Arbiter of Ash – entrance disappeared + unable to leave boss arena (possible bug)

Hello,

I would like to report a possible bug related to the Arbiter of Ash encounter.

I opened the Arbiter of Ash fight using the required fragments.
The boss was not defeated.

After entering the boss arena, I encountered a serious issue:
• I was unable to leave the boss area in any way
• No exit, no portal, no option to return to hideout
• I was effectively trapped inside the encounter

After waiting around 15 minutes, I had to close the game completely.
When I logged back in, I returned to my hideout, but the Arbiter of Ash entrance was gone, and I could no longer access the fight.

From my understanding:
• The Arbiter of Ash entrance should only be consumed after killing the boss
• Death, logout, or instance reset should not remove the entrance
• Being unable to leave the arena appears unintended

This feels like either:
• a bug that consumed the entrance incorrectly, or
• a bug that trapped the character in the arena and caused the entrance to disappear after logout

Could you please confirm whether this behavior is intended?
If not, I would appreciate investigation and possible restoration of the entrance or fragments.
