Unplayable ATM

The Stuttering and lagging, running around and it trying to play catch up. Not good. Not good at all. I literally cannot DO ANYTHING on PS5. Just tried to load a temple. My person just freeze's then all of a sudden there's a crap ton of monsters. I just keep rolling but it's frozen. It catches up 2 seconds later and I've rolled back to where I started luckily I didn't die. But I just had to log out. Been trying all day. It's impossible. I don't know what y'all need to do to fix this. It was like this yesterday.
