Desecrate destroyed chest armor item and skin-transferred it to my weapon.

Hello.

Bug # 3,485,124,395.

I used Preserved Rib on an item I had found. I them chose a desecration from the 3 options. What happened next was bizarre.

1. The item disappeared (destroyed?)

2. The item's appearance was transferred to my weapon, so I am shooting with a jacket now.

3. I click on the well of souls button and it plays the sound but nothing else happens.
