Atlas skill points can't be allocated

I recently killed a boss while mapping a Tier 15 and received a skill book drop but died before I could pick it up.

I talked to Doryani and he gave me the book back which I used and was granted 2 Atlas skill points. They are displaying on my hud as 2 unallocated Atlas skill points.

However, I cannot allocate those 2 skill points. When I go to my Atlas skill tree and click on a connected but unallocated node, nothing happens.

I've tried unallocating skill nodes through Doryani and that still works as expected i.e. my unallocated Atlas skill points are incremented and I can re-allocate them properly but only up to the problematic 2 Atlas skill points. No matter what I try, I cannot allocate those 2 outstanding Atlas skill points.

Please help!

Make sure the points you have aren't for one of the other Atlas Tree sections.

Nevermind, they were for boss atlas points.

So I'm changing my bug report.

The indicator text should clearly indicate which of the sub-trees the points are for. This is very confusing for the first-time reader.
