Grim Feast does not work for minions that do not have bodies

Attempting to use Grim Resurrection to revive minions that have not left a body, such as spectres, fails to revive those minions. If Grim Resurrection is used while the spectre is still in the return animation, it counts as having a body and can be resurrected, albeit with a very tight window.
