Waistgate allows swapping full flask in combat

If you wear the Waistgate unique belt, you can equip a life flask in slot 2. You can then swap that belt to something else, keeping the life flask in slot 2. You can't use it, but you can then swap flask 2 to flask 1, with full charges, and use it then.
