Forsaken Miner, Map Device visual bug and boss related.

I made a video explaining it and showing how the Forsaken Miner in the Marrow map is behaving like a Marrionette from PoE 1.

In the video I show how maps weren't connected but I was forced to proceed in that direction.

The boss related topic seems to have to do with the interaction of when you die to the boss the first time, any content remaining is wiped out. The first occurencce happened in Canyon I believe with the fire dog. I accidentally carried Delirium fog into his room and died because of it. The splinters were gone when I reentered and killed him. The 2nd was in a Corrupted Nexus and I died, then while I was loading the boss died to my Ignite. The map was completed, but not the quest and he dropped no loot.
