Vaal beacon not energised

Just had this issue in Canyon map where the vaal beacon couldn't be energised. I killed all monsters surrounding the beacon, nothing happened.

I have a similar issue, vaal beacon not energized, and mine shows 39 monsters remaining, rather than 0, but there are literally no monsters on the map.

Sun temple map is also bugged for abyss encounters, they won't complete.
