Xbox Series X crashing

Playing a Sorc with minions and entangled. I believe the plants are causing crashing with something to do with ignites. It doesn't happen on every map, but certain maps it will crash repeatedly (back to back) when the ignite/explosions occur. I did not have any problems on my werewolf character with crashing, but the Sorc is crashing my game out a lot.

Update: I have been testing this crashing issue and I think it is specifically tied to the Accelerated Growth. Still looking at if removing it solves the crashing.
