Issue with In-Game Shop Not Displaying Items in PoE 2

Hello everyone,

I am experiencing an issue with the in-game shop in Path of Exile 2. When I try to access the shop to purchase cosmetic items, no items are displayed at all.

I am playing on Steam and have already verified the integrity of the game files, but the problem still persists after doing so.

Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a solution? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I've been experiencing the same issue since the launch of the Vaal league. No clue how to fix it or if GGG is aware of the issue.

Edit: wanted to add that filters are set too all, and "reset all filters" still does nothing, just incase for troubleshooting.

I'm having this too, verified games files, no improvement. I wanna give GGG my money but i can't right now.

Same here, I have to use the website shop and because of that I missed the free mystery box

UPDATE: Issue resolved. It appears to be an issue with HTTPS connections to the servers. Rebooted PC, Rebooted Router, cleared SSL slate and cleared temp files. Shop showed up no problem afterwards.



This issue still persists as of this post.



Packs will work for spending money, being able to interact with Steam transactions. Points packs also works.



Seems like some of us on steam have had our cosmetic stores broken.

Nothing works in the sections New/Store/Featured/Special categories. All filters reset also, verified file integrity as a troubleshooting step as well.
