Frame Spikes all the time

Anyone else get this too?

Im not even in the actual game, in either the log in screen or character select, but i get consistent frame spikes from the in game overlay, the Steam overlay shows i get consistent frame drops down in the low double digits.

And when i look at my HWinfo, i can see my CPU spiking frequency when i get those frame spikes

GGG may be better able to investigate this if you provide both a screenshot of the in-game metrics taken while the issue occurs, and some information pertaining to your system.
