i am changing servers but it is not letting me change and it is keeping me on this lagging crap frankfurt EU

How many gateways have you tried?
It is intentional that, if your preferred gateway is at maximum capacity, the game will re-route you to an alternative instead of placing you in a queue. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
