is that normal that i didnt see any hideouts on maps????

hey guys i miss the shrine hideout and i cant find them running over the maps, run 200 maps EZ but no shrine hideout map point .
its the last hideout i need any one see it please help

I'm in the same boat. Shrine Hideout is the last one I'm missing, but aside from a single Hideout (can't remember which) map near the starting point of the atlas when I first unlocked endgame, I haven't seen a single Hideout map since (Shrine or otherwise).
