POE2 Nova Projectils not Nova Projectile-ing

Last league, my Nova Projectiles worked just fine. Now I have it socketed under my Fireball and it still only shoots one projectile and not in a circle like it used to. I don't see that they changed anything about it so I'm assuming it's a bug. Please fix it!

I can tell you whats wrong with it.

It doesnt give you extra projectiles, so you gotta get extra projectiles somehow so it can shoot them in a circle. If you have like 1 or 2 projectiles per fireball, it wont shoot in a circle.
