friends list disapeared again

on Ps5 not sure if its a console specific issue or if its ps5 only so posted it here
was playing like normal went to char select screen to load a diffrent char as the char was loading screen got a error message that somthing went wrong and sent back to the main menu when i logged back in my entire friends list was gone not a single person left have to re add everyone which is hard with how oftens name chnages and chars change i did not turn off cross play i didnt mess with any of the settings just went to load into a diffrent char this has happend to me once every league now and was wondering if it was being addressed or if its somthing to do with it being early access paid instead of being free i just dont wanna keep having to re doing my freinds list every league especialy because people who are not on my list can see me online and i wont be able to figure out who they are by char name im enjoying the game alot 0.4 has been the best preformance league so far but i hope this little issue is known and will be addressed after some if the bigger ones have been the bug seems to have been in for a longtime now. this game is my favarite iv put almost 3k hours in so your doing a good job ggg just please fix this bug when you get a chance thank you :) Last edited by InsanelyFlaccid#2498 on Dec 23, 2025, 9:20:25 AM Last bumped on Mar 3, 2026, 9:05:35 PM

Sorry you are having issue with the in-game friends lists and I appreciate your post was some time ago, but we are investigating related posted regarding this issue.
Could you please confirm a few things for me: Have you linked accounts with a PC account and your PS5? If so do you play on multiple platforms or purely PS5? If you have sub-accounts the selection for it is shown above your character selection list when you have just logged in. Friends lists are not shared across sub-accounts, so we want to be sure this isn't related to the problem. Thanks for confirming the "Disable Crossplay" was in its default state "OFF" within your PS5 game options tab. Can you also remember what the error description was after you exited the game to change characters? And can you confirm that all of your characters were still available in the selection screen? Final question, were any of the friends you lost in a guild with you? if so could you still see them in the guild tab and were able to re-add them as friends? Thanks for your help with this, we just want to confirm information to eliminate potential causes whilst we continue to investigate. |
