blasphemy not applying decaying hex

I'm running blasphemy with despair, temporal chains and a decaying hex support gem and in the pop out menu I can see where its supposed to do the damage from decaying hex but none is being done. I have tried only using one curse on blasphemy and still no damage was applied. sorry if this is intended I just wanted to make a report in case it is not

I'm seeing the same issue. Despair via Blasphemy and Decaying Hex shows applicable and sockets, but doesn't do anything...

If it IS supposed to work, then it needs fixing...

if it's NOT supposed to work... then Decaying Hex shouldn't be on the list of mods when we use a support gem on Blasphemy, not to mention being socketable.
