Blasphemy Not Working Unless Disabled/Enabled Again

What title says. On PC+controller. Most maps I run require me to disable Blasphemy and then enable it, so that it actually works. Even when I portal out of the map, I may have to do the same thing again, so that it starts working. Please fix. Thanks!

Appears that this issue only happens when Slow Potency Support is used on Blasphemy. Please fix it! Thank you!
