Shop Items Not Working

I bought finisher rare and finisher unique effects. They are not working. I bought a new finisher effect to see if there would be a change, but still, not working. Please assist!

Where are you buying MTX? Could you give us an example of an affected item?
Which game & client are you playing? Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
