Lagging/stuttering gameplay

Is it just me but the last few days game is unplayable due to freezing,stuttering etc... I am on ps5 with Ethernet connection. My Internet is clocking 189 mbps.

Yes I have had extreme issues since Friday night (but on PC) with Network MS being fine, to all of sudden constantly rising between 20 and thousands of MS. It will occur for 20ish minutes making the game completely unplayable, then be fine for 20-60 minutes.

I have tried so many fixes and nothing works. No other issues on any other apps/software/games, it's only Path of Exile.

Someone on reddit mentioned a VPN Tunnel fixed it, but I have no idea how to do that
