losing stats for no reason

while playing POE2 I will lose 18 to 20 strength and 10 dexterity when i get into a fight. i have tried taking off my gear and replacing it, changing passive nodes, turning my computer off and on, disconnecting from the internet and reconnecting. the only way i found so not to lose my access to my gems (skill/spells/support) is that i made a necklace to give me 30 str. i still lose the str but i dont lose my gems.

does anyone know what is going on? is it a glitch or what?

Are you swapping weapons to use some skills? Only the currently equipped weapon gives its stats.

this is where the contact support sent me, so blame their links. and as for losing stats non of my gear gives str or int because i am able to get all i need from the passive tree. there should be no reason for my stat loss, i have taken off all my gear and as long as i am not fighting i have my proper stats but as soon as i get into a fight with an actual enemy i lose 20 str and 10 int.

profile is private. if you have issues like this, would make sense to let people loot at your gear/skills/passives.
