PoE2 The Unborn Lich + CoC bug??? Am I missing something?

Explanation :

1. The skill I get from the staff (on right click) keep disappear when I load into new map
2. I can't use Cast on Critical on my mainhand and the tool said missing gem socket while I already socket the spell gem (but I can use it if I swap to second hand)

Is this bug or am I missing something ?

Same here. Both points are happening for me.
With CoC, the moment it starts giving the missing gem socket message, it is permanently bricked for the staff. It doesn't work anymore whatever you do. Cutting a new CoC gem solves it for a second but then you go into a new area and it bricks again.

Cast on ailment has the same behavior, perma bricks after 1 zone of it working. "Missing socketed skill"
