Locked out of Currency Exchange

My newest two characters are unable to access the currency exchange through Ange. My level 70 druid has beaten the campaign and obtained/cleared the Shoreline hideout, and my level 50 Witch has finished most of Act 4/obtained shoreline (including the Hostile Takeover quest in Singing Caverns) but on both characters, the only dialogue options with Ange are "Select Hideout" and "Learning from Rog/Faustus". When I went to talk to Ange in the shoreline hideout, she had a quest marker over her head and no text dialogue to view when interacted with. I can provide images of the missing text dialogue, but I would need to re-run a character from 1-48 to get full video of the bug. This is league based as my Standard league characters have access to "Currency Exchange" when I enter Kingsmarch from the beginning. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Are they SSF ("Solo; Self-Found") characters?

Oh no! NOOOOOOOO! Ugh. thank you for revealing the issue to me. I wasnt aware of the difference. Is there a way to change from SSF or do I have to make a new character?

" At character select, there should be a migration button to migrate from SSF to their respective base leagues (SSF Druids goes to Trade Druids, etc). You want to migrate all, and then at your stash there should be an options button to show "Remove-only" tabs that all your migrated stash items will be in. There's some nuances with SSF to trade migration like missing some quest status like salvage/reforge bench, but I don't recall those offhand. |
