Energy Shield stopped recharging

Energy shield decided to stop recharging/regenerating/leeching/gained on kill on a map after taking searing exarch altar which takes 6k armor and 6k evasion, there was no mod on a map that affects ES in any way and energy shield recharge rate in character stats along with energy shield regen was normal
