Lag Spikes

in my hideout i have right around 10 MS, but when i go into maps, it jumps up to 300+ ...

This has been happening to me all afternoon/evening, it has never happened before today. My connection to my PC is fine, nothing else lags. Certain zones I experience 0 spikes in ping, but when I enter a map, lightless passage, vaal temple, or other similar areas my ping rises as high as 10,000.

+1.. same. 10ms ping to 10,000,000ms ping, over and over again. completely unplayable.
