Abyss did not spawn in Molten Vault

Used a tablet to get abyss mods on map. Observe map objectives in picture. Asks me to complete but didn't spawn. (fully cleared/explored map shown with 0 monsters remaining)

Expensive to buy tablets that cannot recover investment.
