Well of souls item bug *small fix i guess*

I used an omen of abyssal echoes on an amulet as i entered the well of souls and after desecrating and rerolling, the menu pop up to grab the item is gone. I keep clicking on the well of souls button and no menu pops up. My amulet is not in my inventory and the well of souls will no longer let me access it. Please please that amulet had plus 3 proj skills and increased energy shield from body armor I NEED THAT BACK GGG :(


Update i left well of souls, went to my hideout, and then came back. Clicked on the Well of souls button, Menu finally came up, and my item was waiting for me.
