Spymaster tile not offered in temple in 17 + 3 reroll temple run

The spymaster tile is not offered to me anymore, I don't know what is the issue
I have made 17 conssecutive temple run with 3 tile reroll in which the spymaster tile has not been offered to me.

Why ?

I have had zero spy masters in 13 temples with 2 rerolls...not sure if it is a bug but I feel your pain and would love to just start my freaking temple.

Must be a streamer only feature.

I gave up on even trying to set up the temple.

Crazy to ready that "it takes only 30 hours to set up, then every single temple run drops more than 100 divines."

I have tried for 10 hours now, total divines roughly 10 from that effort. Something does not seem to add up.
