Critical bug of Abyssal Echo

i've used abysal echo for 4 times and also i gave the mats to my friend to run it once for it . The first 3 choices were different but the second reroll, i was getting "3 SAME OPTIONS WITH SAME NUMBERS 11 , 13.6 AND 8 " there must be some sort of bug in the game for using the abyssal echo
