Prism of belief for volcano does nothing.

My damage for volcano goes down when I replace my 15% increased fire damage jewel.

Can some one else test this and bump it so it can get fixed.

Same issue for me, got a +3 volcano prism, does nothing for the skill. Have tried changing zones, resocketting, weapon swapping, relogging. Still nothing.
