Tower stairs disappear / Reference number 1828590781

Happened on a Sinking Spire tower map. The stairs were there, I returned to clear the floor and when I went back to take them and go up a level on the tower they disappeared leaving me stranded on the tower level 1.I think it happened after either I did the expedition or the Vaal ruins on the floor. I tried to teleport to the temple and go back but still nothing. I used a grand project on this tower. Please fix this and give me back my grand project 😭😭
