Morior Invictus and Ancient Augments

Morior Invictus is currently not counting ancient augments like Amanamu's Gaze socketed in it as being filled sockets for the purposes of its modifiers. I recently swapped Amanamu's Gaze out of my boots and into my body armour, and noticed I lost the 13 spirit, 10% global defenses, 58 maximum life provided by my Morior Invictus.
