+6 Crystal Failure

Hey,
I am posting this because I got a +6 medallion to upgrade my crystals in the temple. I already had 5 medallions in my inventory when I picked it up. The medallion vanished and was not applied. If your another player reading this, do not pick up +6 medallion if your inventory is already full of 5 medallions. You will not get the upgrade.
