Snake broken in half for no reason

Here is an image of my temple. The generator and thaumaturge got destabilized without looping at all. I had a generator medallion and used it before the image. Oh and I also had a spymaster lvl 3 instead of the commander... This may be a small temple to some but it took me so much time to set this up and now its going to get destroyed completely.
