Blight monster stuck in texture - Bug ID 4112070001

A blight monster is invincible and stuck in (or very close to) a blight portal.

I had a stabilized breach 'final rare' boss spawn inside texture on Factory map (monster lvl 82) that also could not be hit. I could mouse over it to see it's name and health bar, but it didnt move/attack/do anything and I couldnt kill it. so i think that breach will just stay open forever.
