Iron Ward doesn't get Skill Speed, info panel useless, Brutality interaction with Bringer of Flame

Hi. Despite having increased skill speed Iron Ward's use time stays fixed at 1 second. Disabling/unequipping the sources of increased skill speed doesn't change its displayed use time neither in skill gems panel, nor on the hotbar.

The skill info panel for Iron Ward is not very useful to begin with to put it lightly. Displayed damage values neither match the current or maximum stored damage, critical chance and bonus from support gems either doesn't show in the panel or straight up doesn't apply, among others.

Additionally, I don't find Brutality support gem's interaction intuitive. I expected that having Infernalist's Bringer of Flame ascendancy notable allocated would allow sources of physical damage to ignite even with Brutality.
Does it make the skills unable to ignite because Brutality's effect carries on to the ignite itself, resulting in an ignite that cannot deal fire (or chaos) damage?
I know Brutality inserted in war cries along with Corrupting Cry increases its damage over time, but I thought it's different because one is an ailment and the other isn't.

It's very cool that this skill has been buffed and feels good to play now but it would be so much cooler if it was at all legible which stats and support gems work with it. Thanks
