Bug with Spellslinger on right mouse button

When I use a wand with the ‘Spellcasting’ skill and this skill is assigned to the right mouse button, it does not allow me to interact with many map elements, such as the stash, recycling table, teleporters, nor does it allow me to travel to another map.
