Craiceann's rune of warding doesn't work

socket in body armour, and there's no difference in the magnitude of temporal chains or elemental weakness. Tooltip curse % in top left doesn't change from 30%. Effect of elemental weakness on character sheet resistances is the same with and without the rune. Effect of temporal chains on dps tooltips is the same with and without the rune.
