Ancestral empowerment always empowered bug

Found a bug with a combination of skills.

Using sunder, Volcanic fissure, forge hammer, unsure exact requirements, but when you use Ancestral empowerment, its possible to "lock" empowered slams on, where it always is empowered, and using sunder acts like turning it "on, and off" So its either always empowered, or always not empowered.
