ms problems

Hi, so I have a problem with ms in other games like league of legends etc. I have 40-50ms max but in poe2 i face minimum 90ms I love this game but playing with this performance is just unfun so I checked if I play best region for me and i tried frankfurt london amsterdam in all regions ping is higher than should at the end. I live in Poland and from more information there always information that my gpu driver is old but I use GTX 1080 Ti which is not supported anymore. Can this be reason why i have so much ping? I really appreciate any help that will solve my problem at least a little
