Sometimes energized crystals are not rewarded when energizing vaal beacons

I'm running solo quick T15 unidentified rare maps + 1 tablet of irradiate for a guaranteed lvl 80 area. In theory, these should guarantee me +2 crystals/map and sometimes I get 1 crystal or ZERO.

I'm running them in batches of 30 for 60 crystals in theory but every time after i finish a 30 maps set i have around 46-52 crystals which is infuriating.

steps:
-put T15 unidentified rare map + irradiate tablet(running 4 mods tabs with +shrine chance)
-open map then rush boss
-if i don't find the beacon until the boss i circle around getting checkpoints to light all the objectives or find the beacon directly
-clear beacon and portal out

sometimes i'm not gettting my crystals; is there any restrictions for doing the maps too fast and not rewarding the crystals if x time is less than y between the beacons?

Average map completion time is around 2m or lower, but some can take under 1 min if lucky with layout/spawn

Also the crystal rewarding is a complete shitshow in 2-3 player coop

Running only corrupted 6-mod t15 maps mit irradiate tablet and sometimes I only get 1 energized crystal.

Don't know if it's a bug or whether there is some kind of (unknown) system behind it.

I'm not getting crystals at all. I've energized crystals in 10 t15 maps back-to-back and haven't gotten a single crystal but somehow i can still run my temple with 0 crystals. It was going just fine 2 days ago on my first character of the league. However, I'm on a new character running t15s now and it's been broken since the first temple I ran on this character. Not sure if that has anything to do with it, but it definitely should not.

*edit* Other people seem to think it's a visual bug.

Same. Just received one crystall T15 yellow map (no tablets). I begann to become suspicious last runs, and proved it. Bug?

PS: Have not been at the boss.

Same one crystal for a T15 6 mod map. (multiplie times this has occured)

GGG pls fix this, its already annyoing to farm these.

Just had the same issue.

Pulled 15 tier 15 waystones from my stash, rolled them all for 6 mods.

Energized crystals in all expecting to have 30 crystals to make 5 temple runs, ended up with 22.

Same here, all I run are t15 6 mods which should be 2x crystals each time this has happened pretty much all league for me.
