kinetic want got caster modifier tag

I found a kinetic wand with caster modfier tag :

"Prefix modifier Tapotante's, damage, elemental, fire, caster"
* 78% increased fire damage
* Adds 15 to 25 fire damage to spells

i put it for sales at 1234 chaos, in case you (GGG) need it to fix the code.

yes, but it is still a bug

and a bug may hide another.
In fact it just reveal how code is written (test this or that, not state)

It does totally spoils this wand, which is half caster half non caster.
too bad for a supposed "valuable item drop", it is worth nothing.

i understand, but it still looks very much like a bug :-)

or wrong coding style, there are many "small" bugs like this one due to coding practice :
GGG does
if 'stuff' then ...; but it lack the generic "else" case

All this small bugs would not happen if it was written
default state;
case 'stuf' in ...

I have stepped on enough bugs of this kind to be rather sure of my analyse.

the temple drop shit all the time.

The core problem is the game has too many base.

And then what do you want for a wand that have the drop only mod, on good base, and the 5 other mods are shit tier?

It is possible devs spend time to code the drop mechanic to omit specific base and matching basetype (eg. warstaff would not have caster drop only mod), but given there are so many room type in the temple, i don't think devs will willing to code it, just for the mechanic still dropping drop only mod on other shit base
