Item lost due to disconnection

Hi,

I lost and end-game amulet (1) by equipping another amulet (2), leading to to a disconnection. While I re-connected, the amulet (1) was not in the inventory and I was left with amulet (2).

Events:
1. Press ”equip” on amulet
2. Disconnection message and sent to character menu
3. Log back in
4. Notice the previously equipped amulet is missing
